申請了到美國的intern

因為要申請J1 對方請我提供一些資料

其中一項是

"a copy of the Certificate of Coverage from your health insurance provider"

剛剛線上買了醫療保險後....就不知道怎麼做了 囧

想請問CoC怎麼拿到呢?
