今年是第一次報稅，已經填寫好1040nr-ez跟8843表格，
不過不知道自己是否要報加州州稅，上了網站540 nr看了Do I have to file的規定
我的情況並沒有符合任何step 1 到step 4 的任何一個項目，
除了在other situations when you must file
裡表示If you have a tax liability for 2009
是不是就代表我必須file 540這個表呢?
