[What We Offer]
18-months' training program
- Provides the successful candidates with an invaluable opportunity to receive a
12-month intensive on-the-job training at BMS APAC headquarters which is
located in Shanghai and Hong Kong.
- A 6-month project assignment attached to one of our business units/service
units in any one country in APAC region.
- Offer professional managerial positions and further advancement upon the
completion of program, subject to outstanding performance and capabilities
of the candidates.
- Annual salary: NT$1.0M up, according to experience and market level
[What You Offer]
- At least 5 year working experience is required.
- Must have a MBA qualification with strong Commercial experience.
- Background in Chemical, Science, Engineering is a plus.
- Must be strong in business acumen and have strategic agility, Innovative,
have good conceptual thinking and leadership skills.
- Your strengths should include excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
excellent command of English, commitment, adapt ability to change.
- An ability to work independently and an aptitude for achieving results a
part of a team.
- APAC mobility is a must.
