小弟正在當兵，
算一算時間 也開始憂慮找工作的事情了
背景 112ee 大學畢
爬版了很多 了解了所謂 頂級傳產 的命運性 XD
也想試試投個履歷
但沒有工作經驗的我 真的很難想像 在申請介面裡面 的很多職缺工作內容是什麼
(也不是一股腦想辦法先進公司吧?!)
想請教有申請過的前輩們 怎麼克服這個問題
舉例來說
杜邦 Process engineer
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Dupont SHE and business ethics standards, and
supervise operators’conformance with operation discipline in PSM area.
---->恩...應該等於沒說
Monitor process yield & uptime performance, effectively implement and
drive corrective actions to get efficient production.
---->高效能?! 好像每個公司都需要這樣
Provide innovative and effective solutions to the process problems.
---->解決問題能力，創新能力?好像也每個公司都需要
Prepare justification and implement projects or COD (Design change) to
improve plant operation/process efficiencies.
---->很抽象...
Design experiment for process qualification and ascertaining process
parameters at higher throughput.
---->設計要到怎樣的水準???
Establish standard operating conditions and monitor standard operation
procedures, periodically lead/ involve in the review of control plan and FMEA.
---->就是建立sop?
Hands-on experience in compounding equipment and instrument is a plus.
---->恩...
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills so as to move internal
resources to accomplish the tasks for this position.
--->恩...
Able to take the lead in the project implementation.
--->恩...
Preferably with good quality sense and quality related knowledge.

Good verbal and written communication capability in English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Lotus Notes and the Internet.

都是很多很空泛的形容詞，有沒有一個量化的依據
又如果這些公司是頂級傳產 代表他要求的水準應該是不需要好到非常嚴苛
這樣才能有輕鬆愉快的舒適環境?!
看完他的要求，我還是只知道他要徵製程工程師
但我還是充滿疑惑...
請教前輩如何在剛大學畢業的階段，就更深入了解這些企業跟工作環境，工作內容
