Job Title: Field Application Engineer (NAND Flash Memory Industry)
Job Description:
Support SSD Controller design-in activities by providing development,
qualification, debugging, and postsales
support by directly interfacing with end customers. Required working closely
with internal R&D development team in Asia and act as the communication
bridge in addressing customer's demands.
Responsibilities:
‧ Serve as the main technical interface for customer accounts.
‧ Require on-site to our customers and partners for technical support.
‧ Capable of providing presentations & communications about company's
product offerings & technologies.
‧ Offer intensive technical support to vital customers including production
problem evaluation,requirements evaluation, schematic review, prototype
debug, benchmark testing, product promotion & training, etc.
‧ Procure customer commitments & acquire business through on-site work
with customer engineering teams; aggressively & assertively gaining new
business to design win.
‧ Regular domestic travel as necessary.
Requirements:
‧ Minimum BS degree in Engineer related major.
‧ MS degree preferred
‧ NAND Flash, SSD related experience preferred
‧ Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of
a team, while maintaining a positive attitude.
‧ Well communication skill in English and Mandarin (verbal and writing)
‧ Good team work and ability to cooperate with the Asia team
