I am new here and have a question about the gap between OPT and H1B.
I am working in a company with OPT.
My OPT will be expired on May 2010.
My boss agree to apply for H1B in 2010 for me.
In this case, it means that
there is a gab between OPT expired and H1B initiation.
My questions are
1) Am I allowed to legally work during this gap?
2) If yes in 1), any document or procedue I should take in advance?
2) If not in 1), do you have any suggestion to avoid this issue?
