詢價過程而已, 就要買方確定要買才能報價
況且合約上也沒說買方在獲得報價後能否決定要不要買
簡單的說, 就是你得先說要買, 他才報價
內容裡的TARGET PRICE一欄一點意義也沒有
妳的TAREGT太低, 他根本就不會報價了
妳的TARGET過高, 就直接用那價位報給你
這種合約也限制了你找第二家供應商比價的權利
還是, 原PO妳是做大宗物資進口的?
