上週公所來了一個15年年資的辦事員
以為是個老將
但是超扯的
她說她因為過去15年都是只待在戶政事務所櫃檯
所以從沒辦過公文?
等一下?戶政事務所的櫃檯真有那麼誇張??真假的??
以下是在她身上發生的5大不可思議:
1.她說她不知自己現在幾職等?(我都知道妳是委五功二了!)
2.不知1萬元作為界線的經常門與資本門之差異?(竟回答"常常"在使用的就是經常門唷)
3.沒接過公文,不知何為"擬辦",遑論公文系統
4.當然也不會核銷經費(15年資歷了耶!!)
5.以上四點其實她都是知道的,只是她唬爛?
任何事情教她都得從握筆教起 導致沒人想教她...
今天下午我教她寫簽稿就花了快一個下午...但她完全記不住...明天也一定要再反覆重教一次
明天實在不想再教她了...
她該怎麼辦?
