401k, Roth 401k, Roth IRA的配置 - 海外工作

明年開始公司有了Roth 401K的選項
趕快上來問問前輩們如何配置比較好
我跟老公以往都是各自401k跟Roth IRA放到滿
現在加了一人有Roth 401k的選項
在也是以放到滿的情況
不知traditional 401k 跟 Roth 401k的比例要多少
當然這與退休之後收入及未來的期待稅率有關
但也沒有人可以預知未來
是不是一半一半比較權宜?

各半的話已經先繳了不少稅;如果住加州,未來逃離加州,省州稅
