"Current nonimmigrant status and date of change"
我看了indruction
它叫我參照我的I-94
我想知道的是這裡到底該填什麼?
是該填F-1 or Optional Practical Training or其他?
(對於VISA跟STATUS的定義有點搞不清楚)
