acceptance of confirmation 是什麼？ - 國貿工作討論

今天終於接到我人生的第一封看似客戶的訂單了!!

但實在有點看不太懂，想請問大家的意見，內容如下:

Dear Sir,

Many thanks for your prompt reply. It should be of interesting.

We shall submit your offer to our next board meeting with
our key-buyer next week.

In case we accumulate yr prices by USD20/MT we kindly require your
confirmation of acceptance,
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

請問這一句話是什麼意思呢？不太懂，他是要我提供什麼文件嗎？
還是只是需要我回信說 "yes"接受他加價賣給他的客戶就好？

請問各位前輩有遇過這種情況嗎？
