Brelyon - Supply Chain/SQE Part time - 工程師

Brelyon是一家在美國加州的新創公司 目前還在stealth mode
主要做的是 display / AR/ VR /MR 相關產品

上次在板上找到了不錯的人才之後 因為近期的loading變得比較大
主要是在供應商相關 但是目前的工作量還不到full time 因此想找part time
以下是細節

[Job Description]
●current supplier daily follow up - include initial problem solving with
supplier
●Souce relocation for new and current supplier
●Work with supplier to ensure overall demand planning on schedule and
logistic plan.
●Ensure a competitive sourcing environment leading to continuous improvement
in quality, service and technology.
●Sourcing new supplier to meet our new process/components
requirement(Prefered)
●Quality control verification with supplier (Prefered)

[Must have skills]
● Knowledge and experience in consumer components supply chain and cost
structure
● Experience and knowledge in Optics, Display, Thin Films, or Mechanical
parts technology from concept to execution
● Experience in supplier evaluation/selection, should cost models, contract
negotiation and supply base management
● Experience building relationships with engineering, product management,
and other cross-functional partners and drive discussions around optimization
of technical specifications, and features vs. value trade-offs

[Preferred skills:]
● Experience delivering best in class total cost of ownership (TCO),
continuity of supply (COS), and business relationship management
● Fast learner, driven problem solver.
● Experience in market analysis to dissect market size, players, customers,
growth, technology replacements/forecasts, pricing trends, etc., to formulate
sourcing strategies
● Excellent communicators, capable of working in multinational environments,
driven and motivated by accomplishing extraordinary objectives
● Self-motivated, organized, flexible, and able to balance and prioritize
multiple diverse projects
● Excited about working in dynamic startup environment, has good
communication skills, with desire to grow into a creative lead.
● Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English.

[Compensation]
1500~2000 USD/ Month

以上是我老闆希望的人.. 但說實話 這個位子主要是在追供應商進度
並且大概了解他們講的東西 合不合理 能不能相信 是不是能準時供貨
如果遇到一些基本問題 可以幫忙解決
傾向最好可以偶爾到供應商那邊 無法也沒關係

需要有 面板 display AR/VR/MR 貼合 鍍膜 光學薄膜
拋光 偏振 散熱膠水 CNC 五金件 模具 光學成型 等等其中幾樣相關產業的經驗
簡單說就是在光學廠 或是 面板廠待過的 (品牌廠應該也可以) 比較不會被唬住

因為跟供應商開會都在白天 因此如果你本身有正職 或許不是那麼適合
除非你有把握能夠處理得好兩邊

評估下來 一週工作的時間應該是15~20小時 (一開始因為要pick up 東西 可能會多一點)
