Job title: Insurance Product Manager, Bancassurance
Qualification:
l University graduated, financial/commercial background and master degree is preferred
l Fluent English in speaking, writing and effective on English-Chinese translation
l Good working attitude and team player with pleasant personality
l At least 2 years experience in insurance PM/AO, Bancassurance is preferred.
l Familiar with Investment linked product
l Ability to work in cross-cultured and target-oriented environment
l Knowledge in General Insurance product is preferred
l Experience to cover tele-marketing is preferred
Job scope:
l Vendor management: co-work with insurer partner
l Product management: develop and select product
l Process handling: to conduct end-to-end product management process
l Performance monitoring: to track and improve product performance with distribution
l Sales support: to support training and sales management
Location: Taipei, Taiwan
