矽谷的薪資結構
一般來講 大公司的CEO會拿個1M的底薪
當然這上下變動範圍蠻大的就是惹
不過賺錢公司很多高層/頂級技術大咖
他們的收入大部分是股票(要綁der)跟獎金
不賺錢的公司就差不多全公司都在領底薪惹
舉個很常見的反面例子
2011年某A在htc htc當年給惹他價值上千萬的股票 不過要綁
某A可能會很high 年薪千萬耶秋番惹喇幹
等到股票拿到的時候
恩 只能幫QQ惹
搞不好還輸給畢業沒幾年的GG輪班星人
當前矽谷的情況是
幾家爆賺的公司都事前景大好
手上現金多
股價也不時挑戰薪高
startup不可能挖得到人(因為沒股票)
老牌不太賺的大廠也一直流失人才(股價低)
其實這跟台灣當年分紅配股時代有點像
肯給的公司股票發很大
只是矽谷這些有錢到嚇死人的公司完全不需要慷股東之慨
: 後來有Google前員工來說... type 2 worker(先鋒部隊或是特別貢獻) 就是領這樣的水

這個type1 type2的比較其實很無聊
簡單地說
type1:普通人 按表操課
type2:會去創新的人
很多人都想當type2阿 錢多 做的東西也秋
問題是誰會相信你有那個本事?
不然的話也不會一堆大廠的名校畢業生 每天在靠北工作單調沒挑戰性
