H1-B Receipt Notice (Approval Notice) 審核否？ - 海外工作

請問版上有人已經收到今年FY2010 H1B的審核通知了嗎？
我迄今還沒有律師那捎來的消息呢

4/8那天USCIS公佈名額未滿
隔天問了律師有沒有Receipt Number (case number)
可不可以讓我自己上網查status
因為如果有收到件 USCIS應該就會提供該號碼吧？

但律師回覆說
We have not yet been provided with the USCIS Receipt Notice for this case, the most credible evidence the case is accepted for adjudication. However, we are on notice that USCIS began issuing Receipt Notices on April 8, 2009.

我一直以為Receipt Notice=Approval Notice
和那個case#是不一樣的東西 不是嗎？
