各位先進大家好 麻煩問一件關於H1B生效及入境時間的問題
我是在台灣申請H1B
我的I797上的petition validity date 是從1/20開始生效
今天拿到VISA stamp H1B有效日是3/4號起
但我私下跟公司約定的開始工作日是5/2
請問一下入境前十天 是以哪個日期為準?
AIT 上附上的note 寫的是 "10 days prior to the beginning of
the approved status period"
有一點搞不清楚approved status period 是以哪個日期為準
