: 1. All Diplomas or Degrees (Bach, Master's, Ph.D.)
: 2. Transcripts
: 3. Bio Page of Passport
: 4. I-94 Card
: 5. Visa Stamp
: 6. Resume
: 7. EAD Card or USCIS receipt
: 8. All Forms I-20
: 9. All Prior H-1B or L-1 approval notices, if applicable
: Job informaiton (company will provide), personal, contact information
