HTC Management Associate Program
HTC MA Program is a three-year program with three well-planned
phases. Phase I comprises a customized induction plan to HTC’s organization
and culture. Phase II continues with three job postings in specific business
functions. In the third phase, MAs will be assigned to a dedicated function
for a long-term development based on business needs and personal career
aspirations.
