Job Title:

(RD S/W) Software Project Leader(新店) - J00810

Job Summary:

The role of Software Project Leader is responsible to project risk assessment

and vendors management. The position needs more engineering/R&D background,

and Software experience in developing Android smart phone products is a

must. And, with Technical lead experience (coordinating software & hardware

developments) and work with chip vendor to deliver successful products will be

plus.

Job Definition:

1. Project features implementation management (WBS)

2. Project risk assessment and management

3. Manage project tempo to meet schedule and milestones

4. Project quality management (including issue investigation, clarification and

tracking)

5. Vendors (include software / hardware) management

6. Project human resource management (acquiring/developing/managing project

team)

7. ROM image deliverable quality management

8. HTC manufacturing issues and process management and production efficiency

improvement

9. Be the Dept. interface to external team

Job Requirement:

1. At least 3 year project management experience

2. Project risk assessment and management.

3. Vendors (include software / hardware) management experience.

4. Familiar with manufacturing process and issue management

5. Able to deliver insightful analytical outcomes
