LC問題求救 - 國貿工作討論

上次改完port後,客戶的保兌銀行回覆了一段電文給我們的銀行
問銀行怎麼處裡,銀行只回了: 叫你們的客人去處理 我也不知道怎麼辦....

所以~~又來跟大家求救了 >////<
對方銀行的電文如下:

We acknowledge receipt of your MT799 dated 17-Aug-2010 which we need
clarification for the following:
Incoterm is mentioned as CFR hence the freight should be covered port to
port. Hence Incoterm should be "CFR Taiwanese Port". Kindly amend the same
or provide us the mutlimodel bills of lading in field 46A
Please provide by return authenticated message, your comments/clarifications/
amendment(s) to the point(s) mentioned above.
Until such time as issue(s) listed above are satisfactorily resolved. If
documents are presented subject to this amendment we will forward them to you
for payment without examination.

信用狀:
44F Port of Discharge:Any Port in Taiwan,
44B Port of Destination: Taichung, Taiwan

請問大家,對方銀行是要求這批貨到時出貨後,提單的制作問題還是?我們要怎麼處理?

不好意思,沒說清楚,補充一下:賣方在美國,船會到高雄港,之後轉到台中港.

今早從客戶那得到的更新:

客戶去跟他的銀行確認了這封電文的意思:
CFR是港口對港口,但在44B 他的解讀是地名(Taichung),不是港口(Taichung "PORT")
所以銀行直覺認定這跟BL和其他出貨文件不合,是瑕疵,一定要修改成CFR Taiwanese Port

這~~又是我們那個自作聰明的銀行造成的麻煩.........
結果,我同事還怪我沒事給銀行找麻煩,為什麼我不跟客戶說,要他的銀行隨便一點

問題是我當初申請書是照規矩打的,銀行要亂改,又不能跟他們抱怨......
那幹麻還打什麼開狀申請書????? 現在搞的好像都是我的錯一樣 (超不爽的)
