大家好~ 本人即將要畢業(M.S.)，
CS/ECE/Management背景，在台灣有四年工作經驗(數位IC設計+SW Driver)。
最近開始學習使用Linkedin，也加入了preminum，
但實在不知道該如何好好利用他，
目前connection只有10幾人(在美國認識的人很少)，
請問我是該很主動去跟人connect嗎? 例如不認識的但或許是校友，這樣是否很奇怪。
還是只要專找想去公司的recruiter跟他connect就好了?
