假如由外面系統廠 (約三~四年經驗) 進去的話
請問有機會談到E8嗎? (看板上好像MTK純種的 要三四年升 也是很難@@)
假如沒E8的話
進去後 考績(I+ or E)大概怎樣 才會有機會升E8呢
還有升等制度大概是怎樣的呢?
我爬文跟詢問MTK友人
好像是三四月提 , 然後六七月出來結果?? (那八月的分紅是會以E7 or E8的基準呢?)
另外 ,如果老闆有promote 的話, 是就會升嗎? 還是也不一定呢?
