各位前輩好，小弟想請問以上這三家的研發替代役抉擇和優缺點，小弟目前在外租屋。

部門:AMAX
職缺:應用軟體研發工程師(Android)
待遇:N*14+績效(16~18)
備註:需要搬家
[普安]
部門:?
職缺:軟韌體工程師
待遇:(N+4)*14 + 績效(16~18) + 簽約金
備註:離租屋處18分左右
[宏達電]
部門:framework,Multimedia
職缺:Mobile SW Application Engineer
待遇:目前知道的是(N+4)*14 沒分紅
備註:離租屋處10分左右
P.S.另外想問AMAX部門的工時
