原PO女生，考慮未來的發展以及公司前景，比較偏向崇越，
但結果尚未出來，且不太了解公司的福利及制度，板上相關資料很少，
希望有人可以指點迷津。
戀人和矽品已經拿到OFFER，戀人股價頗呵，矽品則是有名的血汗，
如果一樣操的話，想請問整體薪資、福利及未來發展，何者較好?
