小弟為 國立後段科大 電機工程
對於研替役有些困擾
想詢問大家意見
N為兩者最低薪
京元 產品工程師(產儲)
常日 N*14 +三節
旺宏 黃光設備(研替)
輪班 (N+5)*14 分紅
3個月後 (N+6)
對於旺宏的主管感覺人不錯 就怕進去會不一樣
不知道各位先進有什麼看法
因為需要待三年 需要好好的思考
