大家好 小弟國立末段大學畢業 目前封測廠(打線)擔任輪班設備一年半
但輪夜班真的太累 所以想換個工作 日前有去日月光面試 也有拿到Offer
想請問大家意見
公司 日月光 原公司
職缺 製程(TC PE) 輪班設備
薪資 40K+交通津貼 35K+輪班津貼
保14 據說一年16-20 加年終分紅一年約16-20
工時 08:00-19:00 07:30-19:30
偶爾輪夜班 ON CALL 做二休二，一個月約加3.4天班
交通
住宿 租屋約5K 員工宿舍2K

另外有再想要不要辭職當全職考生 準備研究所
最近也有接到GG獵人頭的電話 常日設備PM
還在準備英文面試中
