We understand that the customer has not opened the letter of credit yet,

they have not decided on the Expiry dates and the latest date of Shipment.
We can only speculate on what these dates will be; for instance,
the latest date of shipment could be the last week of February 2009,
and the letter of credit would expire on mid march, 2009
according to the Import licenses previously obtained by the customer.
We will confirm this information.
