這兩天HR寄出來給各老闆，有關OPT與H1之間Gap的因應方案
提供給各位參考
- International Transfer (if gap is greater than 3 months)
這個選項是轉到加拿大分公司
在Ottawa，還有$6000的搬家津貼以及機票

- Business trip, PTO and/or LOA (if gap is 3 months or less)
不想搬，又不想工作的，可以選這個

- H3 training visa (if gap is 3 months or less) - requires manager to submit
detailed cirriculum.
我自己是選了這個
一月十一日送件，預計十五日內會有消息
送件資料中，自己掰了一堆準備training的資料
反正新人都會上這些，所以還不怕政府到時候來查
