May3左右收到一封I797裡面有Receipt Number

她所說的new card指I797收據還是EAD卡?
如果是EAD卡就代表我沒收到 可能別人拿走了(這棟很多人住)
OPT的EAD卡有可能April-5寄出 May-3就收到這樣嗎?
