學校ISO 說

Applications may be filed as early as 90 days before the completion

date of all degree requirements or up to 60 days after completion.

Remember USCIS may take up to 90 days to process the OPT application

表示我最早可以在completion date 前 90天申請

最晚可以在completion date 後60天 提出申請

可是問題來了

假設我在completion date 的最後一天申請
那USCIS 需要90天去 PROCESS 我的申請
所以在completion date 之後的第61天一直到我拿到EAD卡
那段期間算是unemployment day嗎?如果不是的話 那段時間算什麼呢?
