小弟最近得到一個在聖荷西的工作
剛剛收到offer letter...但是是用email寄的pdf檔
因為之前在台灣都是收到紙本的offer letter
想請問這種pdf檔的offer letter是有效的嗎?

PS:上面有註明年薪,還有人資部經理的簽名
