昨天跟同事閒聊，他問我PMP到底是怎樣的東西。
因為其實說穿了，如果你在老美的公司待得久，就算你不用考PMP
你也大概會有70~80%的專案知識，只差要不要針對考試內容去讀而已
但問題來了，台灣PMI的相關考試就被塑造成
你考上了，就會有相關的職務對應
考上PMP就可以當PM，考上PBA或是CBAP就可以當BA
考上ACP,或是拿到CSM,CSP就會是Agile Scrum Master...
但這真的是這樣嗎?
我之前其實有寫過，從事專案管理工作本身的價值在於
這是你本身職能的加值，而不應該是你成為你謀生的工具
如果看到時下補習班畫給你的美夢，而去做這些事情
其實說穿了，只是個敲門磚，而且含金量越來越薄罷了
我知道這個版上其實還是維持在初階觀望的人多
實在不希望讓人有這種假象，變成補習班待宰的羔羊
