PTT WICer Conference - 大陸工作

有鑑於越來越多的人想到中國工作；同時門實際上也越來越窄
所以有個簡單的構想就是在每年的過年時以一個的 conference 形式讓
WICer 以及想到中國工作的人有個定期交流信息的平臺
讓信息可以較為組織化、明朗化

例如
1. WICer 想回臺灣工作，臺灣公司可以過來獵頭(?)
2. 臺灣的人想去中國工作，WICer 可以替公司找個靠譜(?)的人
3. 每年可以有最新的臺灣與中國不同領域的專業心得分享
4. Speaker 可以藉此打點知名度
5. .....etc 其他等真的有這個東西再看 Lol

conference 目前想以議題的方式進行
所以需要排議題跟講者，任何議題都歡迎 也歡迎各方英雄加入
