如果假設拉力控制斷面 phi=0.9
這時候可以算出一個需要鋼筋量As,req
再經由這個As,req去設計出一個大於As,req
的設計鋼筋量As
我的問題是
為什麼我看書 書上對於拉力控制斷面的檢核
或者是最大鋼筋量的限制
最外層拉力鋼筋量應變epsilonT大於等於0.004的檢核
都是檢核需要鋼筋量As,req而不是設計鋼筋量As??
就一個極端的狀況來討論
有可能會出現As,req 造成epsilonT剛剛好等於0.005
因為As大於As,req epsilonT會變小 小於0.005
而這樣不就是跟假設不符了嗎
