大部分人應該都是屬於 * Post-completion OPT:

An F-1 student may be authorized to participate in post-completion OPT upon
completion of studies. The post-completion OPT must be directly related to
the student's course of study.

但是其中又提到,
What are the eligibility requirements for the 17-month extension of
post-completion OPT?

* The student must have a bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree in a STEM field.
* The employer must be enrolled in E-Verify.
* The student must apply on time (at least 90 days before the current post-completion OPT expires).

雇主一定要加入E-Verify!?

我查了一下IBM,INTEL這些大公司都沒有加入
這是否表示,使用OPT進入這些公司工作的人是只有12個月,而得不到17個月的延長?
