前公司是作資訊系統的,以我的前公司為例pre-sale的角色有點像是
?擁有domain knowhow的sales,通常sales會跟客戶作第一次接觸,若
客戶有興趣的話後續就會找pre-sales去跟客戶談得跟深入,譬如可談
客戶公司的生產流程有哪些盲點導入我們的系統可以協助改善哪些環
節之類的...就看公司主要是賣哪一塊領域的系統囉...
而前公司的pre-sales有時會兼系統導入時專案的pm角色,就是這樣..
若有不足的地方還請各位補充...
