最近申請一個工作到了 referenc check 的階段，發現這年頭 reference check
不是只要老闆（以前的和現在的），還要同輩，下屬，甚至學生（我在大學做行政工作）
的 reference。
很久沒有找工作了，對這麼仔細的 reference check 相當驚訝。
請問版上大家，這是特例還是現在普遍的現象？？
