最近工作有些變動
HR要求我填一個 agreement for salaried exempt employee
內容大致上是說overtime 沒有$$ 之類的
總之想在公司上班 HR 拿來要求簽的 當然都是得簽
簽了以後回家立刻 google 了一番
好像大部分的說明 就是加班沒 pay
沒甚麼其他特殊的保障還是甚麼
有人對簽這種 agreement 有深入的了解嗎?
雖然認份的簽了 還是想知道這甚麼用途啊...
