最近做文件看到某公司一直出現single country declaration

開頭貼了一段英文

可是我看的似懂又非懂 Orz.....

可以請好心人大概告訴我意思是什麼嗎 >_<

XXX declare that the articles listed below and covered by the invoices or
entry to which this declaration relates are wholly the growth, product or
manufacture of a single foreign territory or country, or insular of the U.S.
or were assembled in the single foreign territory or country, or insular
possession of the U.S. of fabricated components which are in whole the
product of the U.S. and/or the single territory or country, or insular
possession of the U.S. indentified below, I, declare that the information set
forth in this declaration is correct and true to the best of my information
knowledge and belief.
