說說我司的做法讓你參考,不同公司因文化不同做法會不同,不知你適不適用
基本上,我們比較傾向整批貨一起出(不改變數量)
(1) 若還沒跟客人報過出貨班機日期,只是訂單交期到了,就直接告訴客人那些貨
安排搭星期一的班機,請客人確認

Form XXX to XXX (從哪裡出及出到哪裡)
(The details as attached.若有需要給客人訂單明細,就附件)

ETA (那個機場):JUN XX 2008
(2)若已經跟客人報過出貨班機日期且客人也確認了,就報新的班機日期給客人確認
看客人怎麼反應再說,若客人直接同意新的出貨日就不用講那麼多了
若客人不同意且問為什麼,再寫理由給客人,這時就要該怎麼跟客人說貨物
尚未完成,一般我們會盡量想好一些的理由,再看客人要怎麼出

我們都直接問客人是否同意這樣的材積數排一個20櫃,看客人怎麼反應再說
不知有無誤解你的問題,以上,供你參考
