這個是賣方offer條件: 2006年7月15日前下單(8月底出貨)則付款條件可延後30天,
若同時在7/15一起下庫存(9月底出貨)則可再享3%折扣..ps每張單要大於5000歐元

either...or....為兩者擇一, 若你們希望有折扣,可以要求看看, 把條件改成是90天付款,
但有打折..

這是TT的缺點, 面對愛拖貨的廠商真的無法可施, L/C的話就會趕交期,不然就拿不到錢了,
但是你們也是交貨後付款, 以後可以訂:延遲交貨者,本公司有權取消訂單,一切損失自
行負責/或付款金額直接扣個10%當罰款
