【台積電員工好幸福】張忠謀：每人加發1.2萬紅包 - 工程師

台積電（2330）今早舉行運動會，董事長張忠謀在致詞時對現場員工表示，「有個小禮物要送給大家」，現場立馬歡聲雷動並高喊「董事長我愛你」，張忠謀也回應「我也愛你」，他說，由於公司今年營運相當不錯，在2年前及4年前一樣，只要在今年5月31日到職，職級60~64生產線直接人員，20~26級行政及技術友援人員31~33工程師及管理共3.6萬多名台灣員工，每人在下月底收到1.2萬紅包，總計發出4.32億元。
張忠謀在一開始致詞時對員工和眷屬表示感謝，他說非常高興又一次運動會和大家相聚，每年這1天都是他非常期望日子，因為可以看到同仁富有朝氣，同時可以當面感謝大家對公司奉獻與貢獻，還有對在默默支持的眷屬表示感謝。
針對未來的環境變化上，張忠謀指出，近幾年來競爭環境有很大變化，不但在先進製遭遇強勁對手，連成熟製也有很多公司加入搶奪市場，但是台積電的市佔率依年年都在增加，獲利也同步增加，比競爭對手賺的更多，這麼亮麗表現有什秘訣？主要在於是台電電擁有人才、團結和高昂的士氣，成功因素固然來自素質高的同仁，更重要的是大家志同道合、士氣高昂朝共同的目標前進。（蕭文康／新竹報導）
