大家好，我是國貿系的學生；因為老師上課問了這個題目

我想請問大家我回答的答案是否正確?

A:Will exporter be responsible for the sea freight if the price

term is FOB Taiwan and the importer refuse to make payment

for the sea freight?

Q: (1) 進口商可以拒絕付運費，如果出口商同意的話。

(2) 出口商沒有責任付運費，因為報價條件是FOB。
