台積電今日召開董事會通過,擬配發現金股息4.5元,終結連續6年現金股息維持在3元慣
例,創1998年配發4.5元股票股利以來新高,在配發現金股息上則是創下新高,殖利率
3.12%。
另董事會通過配發員工現金獎金與現金紅利,總計352.92億元,其中員工現金獎金約
176.46億元,已於每季季後發放,現金紅利約176.46億元,則待股東會通過,一次發放。
依照台積電台灣員工3.8萬人計算,平均每位員工可領92.87萬元,高於去年水準。
台積電資深副總何麗梅表示,今日董事會並核准資本額預算,約631億元,內容包括:1.
建置先進及主流製程產能;2.建置特殊製程產能3.轉置部分邏輯製程產能為多種特殊製程
產能;4.建置與轉置先進封裝產能;5. 2015年第2季研發資本預算與經常性資本預算。
台積電並訂於6月9日上午9時於總部大樓召開股東會,並將改選5名獨立董事在內的共8名
