一個組織有一定規模之後
就會開始有分工的出現
基本上這個原則能夠套用到所有生物體
任何一個環節或角色出差錯便產生劣勢
就增加了被淘汰的機率
組織也是 尤其是營利組織
必須再強調一次 「任何一個」
管理層決策錯誤 GG
RD技術再強,對外的業務行銷打不出去 GG
業務接到一萬筆訂單,最後RD做不出來 GG
其他PM或QE什麼的都是一樣 有各自的職責
任何一個位置出差錯
問題絕對出現
只是時間長短而已
對的人在對的位置把本分的事情做對
整體基本上就能穩定
對的人在對的位置把本分的事情做到比別人高效率
整體就會一起格局提升
而不是看單一個人的表現如何
就算有 也只會是曇花一現 不會長久
跟別人比較是為了知道自己哪邊不夠
而不是去貶低別人存在的意義及價值
