一周工作時間中開會所佔比率是多少 - 工程師

各位好，
小第是在IC design house上班，
每兩個禮拜會有一次status report，每次都會開一整天。
每次我都覺得開這會好沒意義。
另外平時也常常會有會議。
估算起來，一個禮拜正常工時約有 1/3 是在開會。
想請問一下各位，這在業界是正常嗎 ?
