潤的角度來思考,在不景氣時後,透過裁員來重新招募年輕且便宜又好用的新人,以減少人
事成本。
如果可取代性低,那麼說明你在公司持續累積的成長與經驗,是很有價值的,公司如果裁你
,重新招募新人還是得花時間重新培養,不會比較划算。
