長久以來的疑惑想在此請教：
台灣住公寓的好像都喜歡當住宅改造王，
看到很多都把原設計的外牆打掉再把前後陽台圍起來，
(請看下面簡陋的縱面示意圖)
反正就是要偷空間就對了。
但如果外牆是在樑的下面，
----樑----樑----樑---- ----樑----樑----樑----
前 | | | 後 ∥ | ∥
外 柱 外 ∥ 打 柱 打 ∥
陽 牆 柱 牆 陽 ==> ∥ 掉 柱 掉 ∥
| | | ∥ | ∥
台 | | | 台 ∥ | ∥
_____|_____|_____|____ ∥_________|________∥
且原本從一樓到五樓外牆位置都一樣，
是成一直線的，
現在其中某戶的外牆打掉了，
這樣真的不影響整棟樓的安全嗎？
