上海、杭州 旅遊 - 大陸工作

黃金週假期的時候要跟男友去上海、杭州旅遊，
目前機票已經訂了9/30早上會到達上海虹橋，10/5晚上返回廣州。
預計是10/2.3前會在上海。
想請問各位WIC的鄉民們，這兩邊的行程、美食有什麼可以推薦的？
我們都沒有去過上海，有點像瞎子逛街一樣Q_Q
杭州的話，男友曾經在杭州工作一年，
不過他說要帶我去西湖逛逛、吃什麼樓外樓(江南第一樓!?)
基於這樣子的不確定行程，
為了避免走踏多冤枉路、付太多錢，
有可以推薦的行程、美食、住宿、伴手禮嗎？
(伴手禮是因為10月12日剛好需要返台一周，買回台灣的親朋好友家人)
