公司 上銀 大銀
部門 模具 自動化(機構?)
工時 8+1? 8+4?
薪資 跟上大大說的一樣，只有底薪有不同
問問之前待過和現在在裡面的朋友都叫我考慮"綁三年"這件事
個人斟酌點在公司的部門的未來性，三年哪個學的多?三年要跳哪個跳的廣?
部門風氣、升遷、學歷、也是我考慮的地方(畢竟小弟是私大碩
機構部分個人比較有興趣、也有認識的人在裡面、但三年天天12...
模具部分只懂模流分析，其它沒有深入了解，對部門也是，但是是母公司底薪也較高
想請問大大給點意見，或有相關部門的前輩給個意見
考慮好久了，越來越想都放棄在去找公司
甚至去當國軍算了...
